Beginning with great
care in choosing the material which are collected, gathered,
folded and marked with Class 629 Marker Energy Cloth Drills
and Fabric Rollers, all our products are designed by working
on Japanese JUKI and Pegasus machines. These are machines
that specialize in lock stitching for the plain stitch and
over lock stitch for the sides and have single, double,
four and five thread facilities for different qualities
of materials and products. Once again we ensure optimum
standards by putting into use the Kajj buttonhole and the
button sewing machine by Juki. Then we have the renowned
German Puff Zig Zag machines for design work and embroideries
along with its Indian counter part, the Ralson. For collars,
stiffeners, pad dings, sponges, leather attachments and
other add ons there are the Compound Feet (Golden Wheel)
machine and Mitsubishi’s continuous collar cutting
and trimming machines.
